What do you like the most about your role? 

The compliments on how clean we keep the warehouse. When people come in unannounced and see the cleanliness of our facilities, it brings me the most pride. You have to find pride in what you do. 

What do you feel is the RBW Difference? 

We care about our customers. We take care of our inventory. 

What do you like to do on a daily basis?  

I manage the warehouse operations. I monitor the "in's" and "out's" to ensure that things are running smoothly. I also ensure that the warehouse is clean. Cleanliness is important. I take great pride in that. 

Do you have any favorite sports teams?  

I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I have been a fan of them ever since the Iron Curtain days.
