We are proud to spotlight Phyllis Grissom, a dedicated driver for Richmond Bonded Transportation (RBT), the transportation wing of RBW Logistics. Phyllis has been a vital part of the team for over 6 years, demonstrating unwavering commitment and excellence in everything she does. Recently, she took on a critical role at our Pooler, GA location, stepping up to ensure smooth operations during a busy period. 

Here’s why Phyllis is a standout at RBT: 

• Adaptability: As a seasoned driver, Phyllis excels at navigating challenges, both on the road and within the organization. Her ability to quickly adapt to the Pooler environment ensured minimal disruption and kept operations running smoothly. 

• Commitment: Phyllis worked long hours and took on additional responsibilities to meet crucial deadlines, showcasing her dedication to both the Pooler team and our transportation operations. 

• Team Support: Beyond her duties as a driver, Phyllis provided invaluable support to the local team, offering her expertise and helping resolve challenges efficiently. 

• Positive Attitude: Even when away from home, Phyllis brought a positive energy that motivated those around her, leaving a lasting impact on the team.

Jakeyona Floyd

At RBW Logistics, we pride ourselves on the dedication and passion our team brings to the table every day. Jaykeyona exemplifies "The RBW Way" with her positive attitude, commitment to growth, and willingness to take on challenges. As she prepares to graduate with her degree in finance this December, she's already planning how to apply her new knowledge to further her career with us.

Her efforts extend beyond her primary role, as she recently volunteered to assist at our Hardeeville facility, identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change. She spent three weeks away from home, away from her regular work, to help another RBW facility.

We're also thrilled to see the incredible mentorship and support she receives from her supervisor, DeNain Rich. DeNain’s hard work and genuine care have inspired Jaykeyona to pursue a career in operations, showing the impact that strong leadership can have on personal and professional growth.

Jaykeyona also professes to be a foodie and hopes to travel to several places across the globe. Rome might be top of her list,

Lamar Mingledolph

We are thrilled to announce that Lamar Mingledolph has been selected as the RBW Employee of the Month for June. Congratulations, Lamar! 
 
Lamar is a Lift Truck Operator (LTO) in Augusta and has been employed for a little over a year with RBW Logistics. 
 
Brian Andrews, Lamar’s supervisor, opened his nomination with high praise: “Lamar is the epitome of ‘Do Right,’ which I personally feel is one of the most important core values here at RBW Logistics.” We couldn’t agree more. 
 
Brian continued to highlight Lamar’s outstanding qualities: “His maturity, work ethic, and attitude set him apart from his fellow coworkers. He does not shy away from challenges – he embraces them. He is quiet yet focused, hungry, eager to learn, and ready for growth.” 
 
Brian even went as far as to say, “I highly doubt that any employee of RBW Logistics who has worked with him could find a negative comment to be made.”
